Leak Issue1: Toilet Base There is a possible Leak Around Toilet Base. There appears to be water seeping from the base of the toilet. The sealant around the bottom edge is deteriorating, and there are signs of moisture or water stains on the floor tiles. Leak Issue2: Under the bathroom sink pipe There is a water leak coming from the pipe under the bathroom sink. It appears to be leaking around the trap area (the vertical cylindrical part) and possibly from the connection joints.

Hello, We need a plumber or handyman or handyman to install two mixer taps in our home. One for the vanity of the powder room (which has almost completely decayed and corroded) and another one for the kitchen tap (which has early stages of corrosion). Preferably we wouldn't want to pay a callout fee as we already have done so to another plumber to provide us a quote that's quite pricey. Also, if we were to buy our own mixer taps, we hope till will reduce the price. We would appreciate if this can be done over this weekend please. Many thanks, Pete and Irene
