Find an experienced plumber in Carlton North

I had a Westinghouse rep come to assess my washing machine after an e20 drainage error. Verified that washing machine is fine. Issue lies in the plumbing, yet to be investigated. So this is not a washing machine task, it's a plumbing task. Please send quote to come diagnose and fix the issue. Happy, of course, that the final cost will hinge on the specific problem. Machine is in a one bedroom apartment in circa 1970s building of 20 units. I'm unfamiliar with the plumbing configuration - the visible pipe simply disappears into a hole in the floor, possibly diverting into the shower drainage.

Replace cartrige in shower. Cartridge supplied

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a shower in Carlton North. The tenants have reported: Random and very drastic temperature changes during the shower, from burning hot to very cold, even when no other water is running. A constant drip from the shower when turned off, regardless of how tightly the taps are turned off. Potentially a shower mixer/cartridge, seals or tempering valve issue, but looking for someone to diagnose and repair. Ideally looking for someone available today or tomorrow

Hi. I need a licensed plumber to fix a small hole I drilled into a copper water pipe. And also to connect a new dishwasher to the water lines. I also need some other things quoted on while you're here: taps and toilet changed over. I'm thinking $200 for the dishwasher connection and hole plugged? Not really sure what the going rate would be though. ... I've opened up the plaster to reveal the pipe. Thank you!
