We have 1) a leaky shower that needs fixing and 2) to replace 6 curtain rails.

Require some minor plumbing repairs: Shower handle is loose and sometimes won’t stay in hot position. Toilet button doesn’t work. Have to wriggle it from side to side in order to flush it. - Due date: Before Sunday, 30 April 2023

High moisture readings detected around tapware and lower down in wall so a pressure test needs to be done. The pipes/taps may have leaked in the shower. I need someone to check/test the pipes/taps and maybe conduct a flood test on the base of the shower to see if water gets through to the room behind. If the pipes/taps are leaking, fix it. We have a Fisher and Paykal dishwasher that needs to be installed and attached to the tap. Our old dishwasher hose seemed sealed on to the tap. See photos below. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 18 May 2022

I just got a second hand fridge and I was told that it had no 'gas'. I assume he means Freon or some other common gas for fridges. Would anyone be able to inspect the fridge and refill the "gas"?
