To fix the internet connection in my apartment. Not sure where the problem is. Have been on the phone to superloop five times. Have two Eero devices including a new one purchased 3 weeks ago. They ought to link and on the app it looks like they do. Everytime I check the internet connection in my app it says it's fine but I can't even run a zoom meeting in my living room in the next room. Everytime I call them they "reset" it at my end and it works for all of ten mins max and then drops out again.

Had NBN appointment to install to a villa however was told the NBN modem will need to be situated in the main house as 2 connections can not be for this property and that I’ll need an external person/electrician to set up an access point to the villa. Wifi is not an option. The villa does have numbered access points that correspond to the same number access point in the office of the main house though not sure if these can be used.

Cant get my wifi router to work properly

A sparky to install an internet port at my desk as atm I use a 10m ethernet cable to reach the modem.

I've tried setting it up. I've even tried the Ethernet cable to print that worked for a while but doesn't now. I'm very frustrated by the whole thing. I would prefer someone came physically and set it up please

Internet was working before but I would disconnect occasionally on the 5G. So I reset the modem and now it’s not working at all. Modem is Asus RT-AX54HP

Need ACMA technician to fix internet connection in new home. We just moved into a new unit and the internet company told us that we have an ‘empty socket issue’ and the we needed an ACMA technician to help us with the internet connection.

My internet is technically working, but the setup’s pretty terrible. The telephone socket is inside the wardrobe, so I’ve had to run the D-Link router (I’m with Flip) out onto my bedroom floor—looks awful and isn’t great for performance. I’ve tried to fix it with Google mesh (pucks): one connects fine, but the second one powers on and connects to Wi-Fi, it just won’t talk to the main puck. The internet is also really slow and keeps dropping out. I’ve attached a photo of me trying to get the bastard parts to talk to each other. Please help!

Hi guys. I’ve got internet with Optus and they are saying it’s all ok on their end. My partner works from home and has issues with the speed with her calls dropping in and out. The internet is working but it’s not fast enough for her to work from home. They have given me the ok to hire a private technician to come and have a look. I’m in Northcote right by the pools. Our Wifi has stopped working abruptly. We rollover onto a different provider on May 1. We need to ensure that the wifi is connected properly prior to this. Can someone can in and assess our setup fix anything where nessary and help us with the rollover process where needed.
