I have 5 doorways that I need re-rendered prior to door jambs being fitted. 4x single width doorways and 1x double width doorway. Looking for a smooth rounded finish like in the photo with the green arrow Will have additional doorways that need work in the future after building works.

Require a handyman or labourer that’s good with tools to help: - disassemble and reassemble table tops to bases - install 4-5 shelves and a towel rack - paint skirting boards in 2 small entryways, 2 doors and a small window sill - fix dresser (drawers need more screws) Shelves, tables, towel rack and, sanding blocks, electric sander (if required), masking tape, drop sheets and paints are provided. I also have a multi tool and electric drill you may use. A trip to bunnings would be required to collect the right screws for some items. Willing to pay $56 per hour I’ll probably need 5 hours that day. Lots of other little jobs to come from this afterwards if work is good. :)

My kitchen sink has recently started draining slower than usual and appears to be partially clogged somewhere in the pipe. Water eventually drains but takes longer time. Use drainage clogged chemicals will help for a week or so and starts clogging again. I need someone to inspect the sink and clear the blockage as soon as possible. The apartment is relatively new (around 7 years old), so the plumbing should be in good condition. We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish.
