I have a roller blind where the beaded pull chain has snapped. The blind and mechanism are otherwise in good condition – it just needs a new chain installed. I’m looking for someone who can: • Supply and fit a new matching chain (black or silver to suit) • Ensure the blind operates smoothly afterwards

2 x window winders (I will source them), one needs to be replaced and its screw needs to be drilled out (it’s stripped). The other winder can probably be tightened and doesn’t need replacing, but might need replacing.

13 signs to be installed around my building. No rubbish, no garbage and so on. Will need to be drilled into bricks. Signs come pre drilled with holes. Just need plugs and appropriate screws to ensure nobody steals thems or removes them.

The bracket for my curtain rod has come off the wall when someone pulled on the curtain. I need an experienced trade person with a ladder and a drill to come and reattach it and to cover up any holes with some basic putty. Screws are here but it might need bigger ones and I’m happy to go to get different ones if you need it.

Objective is to allow domestic cat access in to a storage room from the bottom of the stairwell which connects the garage in to the house. 1. Remove current internal door between garage and storage room (the one on the right in the photos) from frame 2. Build new door frame flush with the current door between garage and house(the one on the left) and a new small false ceiling over the newly created space. 3.Rehang the door removed in step 1 on the new door frame. 4. Cut out a cat door in the stud wall between the 2 doors.
