Also to create a hole at the bottom of the wall cabinet so we can feed through our electric toothbrush chargers. Cut out a cat door in the stud wall between the 2 doors.

I have a bedroom door that has the handle broken. I have the pieces so maybe able to be repaired or replaced. Door also needs planing to prevent this reoccurring.

The photo shows the location of gutter repair needed - just the bracket that has come loose so water is flowing into the neighbours courtyard rather than into the drain. Would require a large extension ladder.

I need a ceiling fan fixed that is making a clicking sound on higher settings. It’s quite high up so will need a tall ladder. I also have a flickering bathroom light that needs fixing.
