Three of the four reclining mechanisms in our lounge suite have failed, I think due to broken wires. I seek replacement / repair please.

Frames to 2x IKEA cabinets have already been built - just want someone to assemble/install shoe racks, pull out baskets and shelves, put doors in and install handles. Need someone to move washing machine and dryer into position in a new laundry and help plug them in (holes that have been cut in joinery might need to be made a bit bigger), and finally, screw small ikea garbage bin into side of a vanity.

Fix kitchen cabinet door that has come off hinges, kitchen tap; Waterproof sealant on small section of balcony; replace silicon, replace some grout at base of a bathroom shower; road base to compact two small areas of driveway. If initial work listed above is satisfactory, then potential to do further tasks.

Need to sand and re stain this small area on the inside of a front door from a dog.

1. Repair soft-close toilet seat (or replace if needed at my cost). The seat is ok, but the soft close mechanism has stopped working. 2. Repair plaster in bathroom where toilet roll holder is, and replace toilet roll holder in a slightly different spot.

Fix broken hinge and door of wooden side table (checkers) so it doesn’t wobble. Polish both side tables seen in pics. Approx 55x80x50cm.

Bowl stuck to lino on the table top. When I went to remove the bowl, it took a piece of black lino with it, around the size of 50 cent piece. May need patch repair or complete new table top (100cm x 100cm round table)
