I recently moved out of a house in Paddington and some of the paint was chipped during the removals process. I am hoping someone can come in a touch it up. The task shouldn’t take more than 20 or so minutes.

Bathroom renovation The tiles protrude beyond the door jab by up to 17mm but only in a few places. I need the door jamb replaced and architrave installed, plus one coat of undercoat paint. Supply and install. 2 doors need to be done, but quote for just 1

• Removal of curtain rail / 6 brackets (which previous tenant had secured with epoxy!) so will m need some plaster filling / repair after. • new sealant (white) needed around small en-suite shower base. • removal/replacement of 4 cupboard door handles (new hardware provided)

I need a skilled carpenter to install architrave on door in bathroom. 1 x door, both sides The tiling protrudes the door jambs, so it’s unclear to me whether the jambs need to be replaced or if the architraves can be cut/shaved to accommodate. The protrusion varies and just two sides of the doors. In some sections it’s up 17mm There is also a section at the bottom on the door jamb that has written and needs to be replaced Please quote for supply and install, include one coat of undercoat paint. Upstairs on the second floor in the back bedroom, the door that leads to the balcony has a faulty doorknob. The latch is not engaging or releasing properly, so the door cannot be opened. This will need to be repaired so the door can open normally. Additionally, on the ground floor bathroom next to the kitchen, the door handle has fallen off and appears to have snapped. The handle will need to be replaced.

We need an awning replaced at a bookstore in Paddington. All tools and ladder will need to be brought, we have the awning here, it’s needs attaching to the pole. We’d like it done today if possible. Please let us know asap!

Our front door is getting harder and harder to close and I need someone to fix it. It is rubbing above door lock (see photos), and seems to be slightly off kilter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I guess it could be fixed by sanding the door or frame, or hanging. See attached photos.
