1. Reverse the roller blind roll direction – currently the blind rolls off the front of the roller; I’d like it changed so it rolls off the back (or vice versa), so it sits closer to the window/glass. 2. Reposition the curtain track – the sheer curtain track is currently mounted slightly proud of the pelmet/bulkhead. I’d like it moved back so it sits tucked underneath the pelmet, out of sight. What’s needed: • Basic tools for removing/reinstalling the roller blind bracket and curtain track • Care taken not to damage the pelmet, cornice, or wall paint • Curtain re-hung neatly on the repositioned track once moved Photos attached showing the current blind, track position, and pelmet for reference. The door seems to have come off its hinges? It doesn’t move much but if we try and push it in, it almost falls into the floor. Either fix it, or remove door and plaster the ceiling. Can assess and work out plans / payment once diagnosed.

The issue: The sliding shower door became stuck when fully closed. When the guest open it, the door came off the top track. One corner of the glass has a small chip. The shower door is currently not usable. I'm looking for someone who can: Inspect the shower screen. Determine the cause of the issue. Reinstall or repair the sliding door if possible. Replace any damaged rollers, fittings or hardware if required. Advise whether the glass panel also needs replacing. My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish.
