Find an experienced handyman in Paddington NSW

I need 2 curtain rods installed into wall. One over a 2.6m wall and a smaller one over a 1m spot. I also need a painting and mirror to be hung on the wall. I need it to be done tuesday or thrusday after 6pm this week.

I’m looking to have someone repair and re-render a small facade which is approximately 3000mm high by 5500 mm wide. Note that part of the facade is already painted and the area across the top to the garage door is marine ply. I have a few length of corner bead on site.

My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. Our front door is getting harder and harder to close and I need someone to fix it. It is rubbing above door lock (see photos), and seems to be slightly off kilter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I guess it could be fixed by sanding the door or frame, or hanging. See attached photos.
