The door seems to have come off its hinges? It doesn’t move much but if we try and push it in, it almost falls into the floor. Either fix it, or remove door and plaster the ceiling. Can assess and work out plans / payment once diagnosed.

3 Ikea display cabinets need to be fixed to the wall, and one of them needs the backboard inserted. Have moved home and in our previous home the site of the electricity plugs prevented the cabinet being completed. Don’t require the doors realigned etc, just want to be sure cabinets can’t be pushed over

I need these small heart decals installed onto 3 walls of my daughters bedroom. Need someone that can make sure they are all symmetrical and someone with attention to detail. Pics of two walls attached.

Need help to hang 3 framed pictures and 1 mirror on interior brick walls. Looking for a neat, level and secure installation with attention to spacing and alignment. Frames are lightweight and require accurate positioning. Mirror may require stronger fixings depending on wall type, so experience with different wall materials (gyprock, plaster or brick) is preferred. Please ensure items are hung securely and evenly spaced. I would like a clean, professional finish rather than a quick job. Happy to provide photos and measurements in advance. If you can supply appropriate hooks/anchors that is a bonus, otherwise I can purchase if advised.

I’m looking to have someone repair and re-render a small facade which is approximately 3000mm high by 5500 mm wide. Note that part of the facade is already painted and the area across the top to the garage door is marine ply. I have a few length of corner bead on site.

Painting outdoor pipework and electric box 3. Painting 3 x vents 4. Install metal lacework - needs cutting around electrical conduit. I think this can be done over two full days, but open to suggestions. There may be some additional items that come up that would be happy to pay as required. I will provide the paints, brushes, rollers and sanding tools.
