I am wanting someone to reprogram my motorised blinds (2 WYNMOTION blinds on the same window). The programming has seemed to drop out and are no longer moving in the same direction, and opposite direction to the buttons you press on the remote. I have instructions, but I am time poor with family commitments and looking to have it resolved asap by someone that can do it faster than me.

This lock from the inside has a button that opens the door. However the thing that presses and makes it work keeps spinning and is making it not be able to open. Need it fixed or replaced

New toilet seat has been installed but possibly incorrectly as it moves sideways. Would love it to be secured please.

Reverse the roller blind roll direction – currently the blind rolls off the front of the roller; I’d like it changed so it rolls off the back (or vice versa), so it sits closer to the window/glass. 2. Reposition the curtain track – the sheer curtain track is currently mounted slightly proud of the pelmet/bulkhead. I’d like it moved back so it sits tucked underneath the pelmet, out of sight. What’s needed: • Basic tools for removing/reinstalling the roller blind bracket and curtain track • Care taken not to damage the pelmet, cornice, or wall paint • Curtain re-hung neatly on the repositioned track once moved Photos attached showing the current blind, track position, and pelmet for reference. My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. The leak has already been resolved but the ceiling now needs repair. Location: Paddington. Please quote including materials if possible. We have the paint available on site.

We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish. If any sanding is required, that’s completely fine and doesn’t need repainting or detailed finishing. We’ll be renovating in the future, so priority is just getting the door to close properly.
