The timber side gate needs replacing with a metal one. A new handrail - current one not long enough - have to go down one stair before you can hold on! I would also like some interior wall cladding with cladding from Bunnings

In the storms a few weeks ago, hail perforated the some of the flyscreens on our al fresco area framing. I could attempt to re-mesh the frames myself, however, I find that the rolls of flyscreen at Bunnings are of a finer grade c.1.6mm than our which are 2.0mm. I would be happy to try myself if I could source the right sized mesh otherwise perhaps you team could do it on site.
