I require assistance with a ceiling fan/light unit in our bedroom that has stopped working. The fan and light are a single integrated unit and both stopped working at the same time. The wall switch still provides power (I believe) and other items on the same circuit are functioning normally. We suspect the issue is with the remote control system. The remote became increasingly unreliable (needing hard presses and close range) before failing altogether. We’ve replaced the batteries, but there is no response from the remote. There’s no visible reset or pairing button on the remote or fan. We don't have the make or model of the unit. I need two ikea skadis pegboards installed side by side above my home office. I already have the pegboards, dimensions are 76x56. Because there is a electrical outlet, I'd need you to elevate them (maybe put some wood between the skadis screw system and the wall), so they cover the plug.

There are two power switches in the kitchen that need tending too. One of the switches is a bit wobbly but still functional. The other switch keeps flicking up when pushed down - this has happened before and we usually need to get a sparky in to fix it (even after switching off all appliances and turning them back on). We also have a ceiling fan that has started making a buzzing / rattling sound. Looking for this to be fixed as well.
