We recently moved into a new apartment. Need to assemble two shelves and mount them in the laundry closet. Require someone to install a swing to a ceiling on my patio (gyprock). Installation instructions specifies to “use a stud finder to locate the wooden beam. You will need to screw through the ceiling, into the beam”. All materials provided.

Install ~12m of cornice in a bathroom. Ceiling has been prepared. We have the cornice and it’s primed. Must have experience doing several of these jobs. Must leave no mess or waste.
