Require someone to install a swing to a ceiling on my patio (gyprock). Installation instructions specifies to “use a stud finder to locate the wooden beam. You will need to screw through the ceiling, into the beam”. All materials provided.

I'm looking to have a licensed electrician replace 2 ceiling fans and 1 window exhaust fan at a small terrace in Marrickville. I have purchased the hardware and it is available at the property. The exhaust fan is the same model as the existing one. Would also like the old fans removed from the site. 1 x Clipsal 7005AN (150MM Exhaust Fan Window) 2 x Martec DLS134W (1300MM 4Blade Celing Fan)

I have 3 newly built ensuites that need to be fitted with 3 Semi-frameless sliding shower screens.

I require assistance with a ceiling fan/light unit in our bedroom that has stopped working. The fan and light are a single integrated unit and both stopped working at the same time. The wall switch still provides power (I believe) and other items on the same circuit are functioning normally. We suspect the issue is with the remote control system. The remote became increasingly unreliable (needing hard presses and close range) before failing altogether. We’ve replaced the batteries, but there is no response from the remote. There’s no visible reset or pairing button on the remote or fan. We don't have the make or model of the unit. Could you please let us know: • If you’re able to diagnose and repair this type of issue • Whether you can supply and install a universal remote/receiver replacement kit (if required) • An estimate of your call-out fee and any typical costs for this kind of work Thanks in advance. Drill anchor bolts into high concrete ceiling on balcony. Ceiling is 3.5m high. See pics of balcony and product options. I want to hang plants and large nautical glass balls. I need it done ASAP.
