My previous garage door automatic opener was broken and i was trying to replace it like for like. When i was trying to change the garage automatic door opener, spring went loose. All the materials that was holding the door in place are intact (u-bolt, screws, bolts etc) I need someone to retension or replace the springs, reinstall the door and install the new garage door opener (provided by me). It is single car roller door. Also lubricate door, it was bit sqeeky. I can help with lifting and placing the door in its place.

I have two tasks that need to be done: 1) Install new vertical blinds in living room- not too comfortable drilling holes to the wall. Replace roller blinds in living room (4.3m wide) and bedroom(3m wide) with curtains. All ceiling mounted. Curtains and tracks are from Quickfit -(tracks are SUPERGLIDE Extendible Curtain Track- very easy and lightweight). The living room curtain track is already connected and attached to the mounts. One 1 layer of curtains for this. Bedroom will be double tracks for blackout curtains and sheer lining. See photo of current roller blinds that need to be removed, and new curtain tracks that are to be installed. We are in a unit with lift and parking.

I need someone to install two Ikea LACK floating shelves. They will be above my desk in my room on the second floor of my house. I want to make sure they are stable so they’ll need a stud finder and something else to ensure no plumbing or electricals are accidentally damaged.
