Bathroom water damage

Looking to engage a contract handy man to complete some maintenance works on our portable buildings. Works include; - carpentry - removing and replacing bench tops - silicon works - surface prep and painting - Door closer installation We have a fleet of units that regularly need minor and major repair works. We can supply all the materials and equipment in our controlled working environment.

Rental property front double door is jamming at the top of normally closed door, which is now diffcult to close and lock. Rear french doors will lock from the inside but not from the outside.

My washing machine needs its seal replaced and its drain filter and pump emptied. Parts should not be needed - I have the replacement seal, i just need it installed and also need the drain filter and pump cleared out.

This is a Sole F85 treadmill. There is nothing wrong with it (as far as I know). It's sort of been rotting in my living room and I'd like to start using it. I had 3 tiles come off my splash back. I would like new ones put back on and for my grout to be maintained in general. I have additional tiles. 2 will need to be cut to size. I don’t believe this entire job will take more than 15 minutes. - Due date: Flexible

My garage tilt door (approx 20 years old) does not seem to close completely flush, leaving a gap at top and bottom. Needs to be adjusted or repaired somehow. I have two manual roller blinds that need fixing (both in bedrooms). One is in working order but the bracket that holds the open/close winder has come loose from the wall. It needs to be reattached and may need a piece of wood put behind it to give the screws something to grip onto. The other one is stuck (half open) and the wire inside the mechanism needs to be either unstuck or replaced. I have a painter working on the house this week so would ideally like this done asap so that they can paint after the blinds have been fixed. - Due date: Before Friday, 11th Feb 2022
