The chain on my blinds broke a few months ago. I have now tried to install a new chain but the blind just falls down when I roll it up to the top.

Fix noisy rollers on wardrobe sliding doors

I need someone to install x5 medium blinds and x1 large curtain into an apartment in Enmore. Can be during the week or weekend. Easy access and parking. Wall is rendered brick. Two of the blinds are side mounted, three are top mounted. The curtain is face mounted. Photos below are all the old x3 blinds/curtains. The x3 blinds will sit inside the pelmet and the curtains will sit in the face.

One side of the door frame (lock side) is damaged and needs replacing. I just need a clean, solid fix – no painting required. ✅ Remove damaged section of frame ✅ Supply and install replacement timber ✅ Fill gaps as needed with timber filler/sealant ✅ Sand smooth, ready for paint ✅ Refit existing lock so door works properly 📸 Photos attached show the damage. The door and lock are fine – just need the frame sorted and the lock put back in securely. Tools and materials should be supplied (I’ll provide the paint for later touch-ups). Fold-Down Shelving Installation • On both sides of the garage, I want fold-down shelving (so I can fold them away when not in use). • Ideally you’ll: • Help source suitable fold-down shelf brackets (Bunnings should have them) • Install securely into the walls • If fold-down shelves aren’t available, install regular shelves instead.

Bought a Curtain Rod off amazon, need it to be installed in the bedroom. Thanks! Approximately 2.74m high. Curtain rod is approximately 3 metres in length (although length between hangers will be approximately 2.5m). I already have the hangers and screws. Not sure what the wall is made of sorry (but I assume brick)! It is an old house if that helps. The curtain rod is to be installed to cover the entrance of a nook in the bedroom (not the individual windows, see attached image).

I have a new door I need hung to replace existing. The door requires someone to plane it down so it fits properly as it’s slightly too big.

Install 2 floating shelves

Wed to get the screen reaffixed behind balcony window. The screen itself likely needs repair as it’s come off the bottom.

Single wall in bedroom has some mould buildup, likely due to being glued to cinder block wall behind it and cinder block exterior wall not being waterproofed. Need: exterior wall waterproofed + interior bedroom wall gyprock patched/painted. Section of wall (both exterior and interior) is approx 3.3 metre wide x standard height wall.

Our wooden cabinet has broken it’s legs and we need it to be put back together

This job is 2 parts: 1. I need a floor tile secured, it is an old building and it looks like the tile has slipped a little and feels loose to the structure beneath. A handyman will know how to easily fix this issue to secure the tile + grout. 2.Metal panel to be fixed or hammered so it fits into the slot. At the moment it is sticking out and a bit hazardous for customers. Want it hammered or an alternative to make sure it’s safe + flat. Please quote me total after inspection. $30 for inspection of tile and metal piece.

Install a powerpoint.There is a box right above that I believe is active, otherwise there is a powerpoint across a doorway maybe 2 meters away if following wall. Also want a quote to install two ceiling fans. One in place of a light in ground floor bedroom, other in living room (it has downlights - no roof access but its a corrugated iron roof above) The second ceiling fan can just be via remote only. I have a ladder and can get the outlet and the ceiling fans. There is an extra photo of an alfresco that I am considering a fan for too. There is a light there - only one works
