Cornice needs to be replaced in bedroom… only 2 walls

This dummy door handle just hangs off. The door closes by clipping onto the magnetic clip at the top of the door. Need the handle to be replaced so I can pull the door shut.

It looks like the door may be failing due to one of its wheels. The job involves attending the property, inspecting the door, purchasing the replacement part in case it apply(reimbursement upon receipt), and repairing the sliding mechanism.

Need a hole cut through a wall (tile and gyprock) to connect washing machine to under laundry tub in bathroom adjacent.

Small crack in wall has grown a little and been filled with spac filla, would like it cleaned up and paint matched to the surrounding wall, one other very small crack to be painted over too

I have a hole in my wall about 10cm circumference I need patched

The sliding door is stuck. I accidentally pushed it in slightly at the bottom when moving the bed yesterday whilst it was open and within that time it went from very stiff to slide to not closing. The wardrobe has two doors and each slides open on the other - so we now can’t open the other door. Both doors still look levelled. Photos 1-3 show the mechanism at the top, 4 the wardrobe, 5 open. We are available from 5pm tonight. Many thanks.

Our toilet seat is broken. We have a replacement one we just need it reattached

Re-attach a staircase hand rail that has come off the wall. Re-attach a door handle that has come off a door. Shave down a door that isn’t closing properly - looks like it has warped over time.

I need security bars installed on two windows to my place and ideally some form of security bars door too to stop anyone from breaking in

Repair and re render stair walls

We have triple folding doors in that seperate our front room into two. These doors have two slide locks on them. One lock goes into a hole in the upper door frame, the other lock is meant to go into a hole in the ground but the carpet that's been laid covers that hole, so the second lock essentially cant be used. There is then a door handle that keep one door connected to the other 2 when closed, this also doesn't meet properly or latch properly. We recently had the doors closed and the windows open, the wind blew and the top and only latch holding them closed ripped through the hole it was in in the door frame leaving a big missing chip of wood. Will add photos tomorrow when back at the property. Need a quote on repair for this.

Repair garage wall that is falling down approx 15m2 of work - Will have photos to share by end of the week!

We have two steadyracks that need to be installed into a brick wall.
