Wed to get the screen reaffixed behind balcony window. The screen itself likely needs repair as it’s come off the bottom.

Single wall in bedroom has some mould buildup, likely due to being glued to cinder block wall behind it and cinder block exterior wall not being waterproofed. Need: exterior wall waterproofed + interior bedroom wall gyprock patched/painted. Section of wall (both exterior and interior) is approx 3.3 metre wide x standard height wall.

This job is 2 parts: 1. I need a floor tile secured, it is an old building and it looks like the tile has slipped a little and feels loose to the structure beneath. A handyman will know how to easily fix this issue to secure the tile + grout. 2.Metal panel to be fixed or hammered so it fits into the slot. At the moment it is sticking out and a bit hazardous for customers. Want it hammered or an alternative to make sure it’s safe + flat. Please quote me total after inspection. $30 for inspection of tile and metal piece.

We need a shower curtain rod install in our shower. We are flexible on providing the rod or it being included in supply costs. Need ~162.5cm

Remove current bench top and install new ikea laminate bench top, sink, tap and induction stove - all supplied. The bench top is 3.75m

Install a powerpoint.There is a box right above that I believe is active, otherwise there is a powerpoint across a doorway maybe 2 meters away if following wall. Also want a quote to install two ceiling fans. One in place of a light in ground floor bedroom, other in living room (it has downlights - no roof access but its a corrugated iron roof above) The second ceiling fan can just be via remote only. I have a ladder and can get the outlet and the ceiling fans. There is an extra photo of an alfresco that I am considering a fan for too. There is a light there - only one works

Need 2 x people to install flag bunting under an awning outside a few venues in Enmore and Newtown. Must have own ladder to reach ceiling of 4m. Will be approx. 1-2hrs work.

My bedroom door has a large gap underneath it. It previously had soundproof felt or foam stuck to the bottom but my cat has ripped it off. Need help replacing this so the door is soundproof again.

The door jamb needs to be repaired or replaced as the parts where the hinges are have the wood snapped off. The door and hinges are fine.

Need someone to patch up a hole on gyprock wall and match colour to paint. Need to be able to supply all materials and paint. Hole is about 7cm in length.

A couple bathroom tiles are loose, partly because the shower head above keeps leaking water down on to it, so this also needs fixing. 1 x big white tile needs gluing down and a little red square tile. Perhaps the old tiles underneath have also contributed to the looseness of those on top?
