Hi all, I need someone to drill an ikea curtain rod to the ceiling. Pictures attached. Will need to bring tools and screws. Ladder is supplied. I have tried 3M strips to attach with no success.

Repair and re render stair walls

We have triple folding doors in that seperate our front room into two. These doors have two slide locks on them. One lock goes into a hole in the upper door frame, the other lock is meant to go into a hole in the ground but the carpet that's been laid covers that hole, so the second lock essentially cant be used. There is then a door handle that keep one door connected to the other 2 when closed, this also doesn't meet properly or latch properly. We recently had the doors closed and the windows open, the wind blew and the top and only latch holding them closed ripped through the hole it was in in the door frame leaving a big missing chip of wood. Will add photos tomorrow when back at the property. Need a quote on repair for this.

4.5 meter cornice bowing away from sandstock brick wall. Need to have it reattached flush to wall. Widest part of gap from wall in centre of cornice is about 50mm. It is still attached to plasterboard ceiling.

I need someone with experience to come in to remove the existing speakers. Currently, they are drilled directly into the wall, and the vibration is traveling upstairs into my residential unit. I would like the speakers to be reinstalled on mounts that incorporate pads, foam, or any other suitable material designed to prevent sound transfer. The goal is to significantly reduce the amount of sound vibration traveling from the shop downstairs up to the room upstairs.

Need a qualified tradie to take care of 3x parts to this job: - Replace bedroom door with barn style sliding door (not yet purchased); remove existing hinged door, door frame etc., make finish look good, install new door, removal and disposal of materials - Remove existing built-in wardrobe from this room and make walls good as much as possible - can be "finished" with plaster, (we'll handle painting ourselves), removal and disposal of materials - Move existing subfloor access - currently in the corner of this room; can be moved to opposite corner or another room - will discuss with tradie on site. Budget negotiable and doesn't include new door.
