Find an experienced handyman in Crace

I need assistance with two jobs: 1. Securing a swing to our patio roof (photo 1 - it's currently just wrapped around a wooden beam but it feels flimsy and I think is putting strain on the beam) 2. Fixing a broken kitchen drawer (photo 2)

I need help to test the wall and knowing where is the best spot to install the hand rail for the stairs, then purchase and proceed with the installation. The length of stairs is about 4 meters long.

Replace 2 gate latch, fix the fence post(the bolts are out), fix the clip for a downpipe

Install 4 metalframe top kitchen cupboard doors 2x 30cm x 92cm and 2x 60× 92 cm . Blum hinges are in different position compared to old Ikea Factum doors and do not align with holes in cupboard,( photo) new 5mm holes ( 2 holes per hinge, 4 holes per doors need to be drilled ) and doors fitted. Not Crace, but location is Yarralumla.

On Saturday 16th November, seeking only 2 hours of handyman and/or garden maintenance support, ideally in the morning from 8:00AM AEST to 10:00AM AEST. Items to be supported up to the 2 hour include: 1. Establish a garden bed (weedmat, dirt, edging). 2. General pruning of trees. 3. Other small tasks but not limited to should time permit: - Sanding and painting touch ups. - Chaulking shower tile repair. - Installing Brackets for Bikes All materials will be supplied for any requested activities.

Issue with patio door when opening as it can be noisy at times. I believe the rollers need to be replaced or whether it can be repaired?

Remove old and install new front lip spoiler. Remove damaged rear wing spoiler and install new. Mercedes hatchback. Rear wing spoiler already has holes drilled but requires install of new kit. Must have experience and be able to demonstrate previous installs.
