I am moving out of my apartment and need a handyman to do some resealing on some tiles around the bathtub to prevent further leaks. Not a major job, no re-tiling, just remedial work.

Have left a mould remover on my shower tiles for too long and I am having difficulty removing the stains as pictured. I have tried everything ranging from bicarbonate soda, bleach & white vinegar. Requiring expertise!

Towel rack bracket is coming out of the wall. Hollow, plaster wall. Have tried to fix myself by replacing the rack but it keeps coming out. Either need it fixed or towel rack removed and holes patched if the rack is too heavy.
