Hi, I have a leak under my kitchen sink in Camperdown and need a licensed plumber to fix it as soon as possible. The leak is on the hot water copper pipe coming out of the wall under the sink, near the wall fitting and isolation valve. The pipe is visibly corroded (green/black) and drips steadily. It fills a small bowl in about 3–4 minutes. Scope: Find where it’s leaking and repair it, or replace the corroded section of pipe and the fitting/valve if needed Check the joints nearby for other leaks Please quote parts and labour separately Requirements: Must be a licensed plumber (please include your NSW licence number in your offer) Must provide a formal tax invoice showing your business name, ABN, date, itemised work and GST if registered

Install 2x bike rack, pre existing holes already drilled, the rack just came loose. Also need to fix door hinge as it is coming off from the wood

Fly screens or other panels seem to slightly move in higher winds outside bedroom windows causing a bit of noise. Looking to get all of this secure to prevent the noise in southerly’s. Will need ladder to get onto second floor area to complete.

A glass shower screen was removed from a bath shower combo. The glass panel sit atop the rim of the bath. It needs to be reinstalled. Including replacing the silicone sealant. I still have the brackets that held the glass panel to the wall. (Last picture is a picture of the glass panel)

I just moved into this spot and dont have any power tools to hang up 2 x posters (1 x XL & 1 x M). Its a concrete wall and i dont have the screws for it either.

The door will not shut. I suspect that the hinges are not positioned properly. The door knob is also pretty funky now. There is a hardware store just down the road, so we can easily grab a fresh door knob if need be. Job will suit someone who can fix anything and everything. Not just replacing a door knob, but lining up the door, or even shaving the edges of it a bit to make it fit, or maybe we even need a new door, who knows? But I need it fixed. I'll pay $400 flat rate, plus cover additional materials like the door knob if need be. If you manage to fix it in five minutes flat, well it's an easy $400. BYO tools. BTW it's a normal door, like a bedroom door. But it's a self-contained room within a storage locker at a storage centre.

I'll supply the paint, 3) Paint a couple of corner spots on a wall that have worn away. I'll supply the paint, 4) Install via siliconing, a small stainless steel plate (pre cut to the right measurement) above my kitchen splashback above my gas stove. You'll need to prepare the surface a little for the stainless steel piece to be siliconed in.
