The plaster of the architrave is slightly soft. Presumably you open the plaster to fix and the plaster needs to be fixed and touched up with paint.

Door is difficult to close because it has moved slightly and the latch mechanism doesn't quite align with the strike plate. Fixing it may require moving/removal of strike plate but the strike plate screws are very tight.

We need to replace / patch three small areas of plaster. The first at our entryway; another powerpoint sized hole and the third a tidy if a poorly plastered wall. Need the job completed asap. Ideally this week but no later than Tuesday.
