There is a piece of edging on a facia that is 8.5m from the ground needs to be reglued and screwed. I want this piece reattached and the remaining of the facia painted with sealant. I will provide the sealant. Ideally use of a small cherry picker as it needs to access the facia by side passage

Our bathroom cabinet has 2 soft-closing hinges. Something has gone wrong with one of the hinges so that the door doesn't fully close any more. The hinge needs fixing or replacing. Note: the door is quite heavy because it has a mirror on it.
