Find an experienced handyman in Black Rock VIC

I have a glass entrance/exit door that currently has a dog door in it. I would like to reinsert the original double glazed glass with no dog door. We have saved the original double glazed glass that was removed when the dog door was inserted.

Hoping to get a quote to paint several walls.

Our bathroom cabinet has 2 soft-closing hinges. Something has gone wrong with one of the hinges so that the door doesn't fully close any more. The hinge needs fixing or replacing. Note: the door is quite heavy because it has a mirror on it.

Install a cat door in a glass window. We have the new cat door (shown in picture). The glass has not been cut yet.

We’ve had a small leak detected in a building inspection. Have an ensuite above this bedroom. Need inspected and resolved asap. To clarify the photo is of the ceiling architrave. The plaster of the architrave is slightly soft. Presumably you open the plaster to fix and the plaster needs to be fixed and touched up with paint.

We have window and door deals that have rotted and need fixing/replacing.
