Garage door does not lock properly. Need someone to supply and install new side locks with new steel cable, do some welding to securely fix the locks, and extend the door stop on one side to ensure proper locking and alignment.

2 bedrooms need the existing blinds & crtains removed and new blinds installed. The new blinds are slightly wider than the timber window framing so I suspect will need to be affixed to the plaster wall just above the wndow.

A section of my Alloy & PVC stormwater downpipe has come loose and fallen off the side of the house. The roller shutter is closed and won’t open. There is power to it. Sounds like a ‘ chug’’ won’t ‘catch’ as it tries to open.
