In need of someone who can do a 36sqm wardrobe and 26sqm of fibro in bathroom I will supply bathroom fibro but you supply gyprock (need plastering aswell)

Need to replace gyprock/plasterboard in kitchen for new splashbacks to be fitted. Tiles have already been removed as pictured

We require two gyprock extensions to drop down from the ceiling (ceiling height 2.67m) to a height of 2.1m above the floor (total height of plasterboard will be approx 500 and 430) at two locations in our house. These extensions will run wall to wall and sit flush against the walls on both sides. Work includes creating a timber stud frame to support the plasterboard and cornices to connect the plasterboard to the ceiling on both sides. Architraves will later be attached to the bottom horizontal edge to support sliding doors on tracks. Measurements are as shown in Figure 1 and 2

I have a shed that needs remodelling as I’m turning into a hair studios. It’s made from aluminium so the inside just needs to be boarded up and the ceiling needs to be gyprocked so that lighting can be put in. I may also need a window installed. The roof in the shed has some fibre board put in that’ll need to be removed before starting. It should take a days worth of labour. All materials will be supplied (you can let me know specifically what’s needed.) willing to pay a day rate of $500 cash.

I need three curtains rails installed in bedrooms, The bedrooms are gyprock on brick/masonry. They should have proper anchors and a level finish. Happy to post pictures if needed.

Set all joints with compound and tape, including internal corners, and install/set external corner beads. Apply second and third coats to joints, angles, and screw fixings, feathering out for a smooth finish. Sand all surfaces to a uniform level, remove dust, and prepare walls with sealer/undercoat ready for painting. Wall is double sided

The gyprock wall has multiple old anchor screws and holes in the wall. The first wall needs to be patched, plastered and painted. Second wall has minor chips in the plaster needs to be patched and painted. I’ve included photos. Task preferably to be completed on a Monday or Thursday between 8:30am and 4pm

My salon ceiling has water damage and a small section around a downlight that has cracked. The ceiling will likely need the damaged plasterboard cut out, replaced, patched and made ready for painting. Photos attached. Ideally someone who has experience with ceiling repairs and downlights. The leak has already been resolved but the ceiling now needs repair. Location: Paddington. Please quote including materials if possible. We have the paint available on site.

I need a someone very handy to fix our gyprocking. One is a dodgily patched ceiling left over from a flue (40x40cm). Two spots above door (caused by house movement) and kitchen ceiling as shown in photos.
