45m2 of parquetry flooring in apartment. Needs sanding, varnish and resealing. I will purchase the varnish and sealant. Airtasker to provide sander and application equipment. I have removed the kickboards around the edges and can do other easy prep work to make the job easier.

Need our existing vinyl flooring removed throughout our 2-bedroom apartment (approx 50sqm) plus a small area of existing tiles removed in the kitchen. Concrete subfloor will then need some levelling. Then we want to install new engineered timber flooring in the living/kitchen/hallway (approx 30sqm) and new berber carpet in the bedrooms (approx 10sqm each). Thinking of Kustom Timber or Havwoods for the engineered timber, but open to suggestions if you know of more affordable alternatives. Keen to discuss carpet options as we have not researched as much. We are currently living in the unit but can move out and move all belongings for the duration of the project. Some images from our renovation design brief attached for your reference.

Sand and oil the timber floorboards in one bedroom of our house. Start by visiting and checking the quality of the floor boards. They are under carpet and I'm not sure of the quality. The room is around 3m x 3m. (I'm not attaching photos as the floorboards are not visible.)

Hi, we are renovating the kitchen and we need to install a few new laminate floorboards under the new kitchen. It’s probably 4-5 floorboards to be cut to suit and join the existing. Might need to take off a few boards to install the new one. Product TerraMater. Ideally installed on Monday morning first thing.

My dog vomited on the floorboards, the acidity from it has lifted the varnish off the floorboards. Need a small area of it fixed. Thanks!

Looking at the pictures you can see I have a few planks of wood lying on the floor. Spare floorboards and skirting I want to keep. They are so long I need to keep them diagonal on the garage floor. Very inconvenient. I want to chop the ends of the wood so I can lay them vertical on the garage floor ( as opposed to diagonal). I think it’s about 8 of the planks shown that need a trim. Needs to be done by electric saw for a clean edge. Depending on state of the board I might want a couple of inches off one end and a couple of the other. I’m flexible on day / time. Tomorrow /tuesday or Thursday good but can make other days work if needed

I have a small 1 bedroom apartment approx 40sq Areas requiring installation: - lounge -hall way -bedroom - kitchen ( removal of existing tiles required, I can organise the stove and dishwasher disconnection) I can rip up and organise removal of carpet and depending on offer supply the hybrid floor boards. I don’t have an exact date when I need this done by yet.

Approx 5x5m room requiring tack strips to be removed out of concrete and nail holes filled in. Please navigate current furniture and move furniture about to get to the tack strips for removal and filling in nail holes. Please also make safe /cover sharp metal part between tiled kitchen area and concrete (please see pictures)

Asbestos has been detected in the vinyl glue under 71sqm of carpet. Wanting removal.

Pest control scabies mites, please assist to remove my carpet from a 5x5m area. Navigating furniture, please clean residue glue from floor, sweep up etc and tidy edges for safety.

We have purchased 14sqm of underlay and floating timber floorboards to be installed in our living room in Elwood. Living room currently has carpet which I will have removed prior to this task being started. Skirting will also need to be installed around the perimeter of the lounge room (I will also supply these). Date is slightly flexible but needs to be done early January. I will have the floorboards and underlay ready on site for install. All offers will be considered.

Needing a person experienced in fixing carpet corrections. Small patch in middle of lounge caused by our puppy in the early months is needing to be corrected and patched ASAP. Thank you
