I have a lounge room that is currently carpeted and want to install solid wood Baltic pine floorboards. I have already acquired the floorboards and taken up the carpet. The floor underneath is MDF or particle board. I need a 2mm acoustic underlay put down and the flooring installed. I will supply the boards and underlay. Total area is 33sqm.

We have removed carpet from 3 rooms and a hallway but the underlay is glued to the floorboards. I need to remove the Glue and underlay (without damaging the boards) before we can polish the old baltic pine boards. I have been using scrapers to remove it so far.

Hi there, we have an outbuilding, irregular shape approx. 5.5 x 6.5 m (made up of three small rooms). It has a timber subfloor, and we have rectangular Marmoleum tiles (670mm x 450mm) that we would like to use. We need someone who has some experience and is familiar with the correct adhesive and laying technique for the Forbo Marmoleum product. Install carpet and underlay in studio apartment. Existing carpet already removed. Timber grab spike strips already installed. New carpet and underlay already purchased and on site. We have about 50sqm of floating timber floors to lay in an apartment. We already have the floor boards and underlay. The base is concrete and there was carpet on it previously. Dates are flexible.

Floorboard install in kitchen - we have the floorboards, so no need to supply. A few years ago we installed some floorboards in our living room, and stopped them at the junction of where the living room meets the kitchen. We were going to lay the extra floorboards with a future kitchen renovation but we’ve decide to keep the kitchen as is. So now we would like to install the floorboards to continue them throughout the bottom level. The total area of the kitchen is around 4metres by 2.5 metres and we are based in Brunswick. It would include removal of current laminate floorboards. There is a concrete slab under current laminate floorboards, and the new boards would need to be glued to slab to meet the living room floorboards.

Measure Purchase And laydown vinyl floors over tiles. Picture provided is very bad, just wanting to get some offers and quotes asap. It is quite a large area.

I need new lino placed on floor of a small/ medium kitchen.

We've just removed the carpet from my room, revealing hardwood floorboards underneath. The tack has already been removed, but we need them polished and restored. The room is about 5.0M by 3.5M, and I'd appreciate someone with experience in restoring floorboards. I have attached images of the unpolished floorboards (with the carpet insulation left on top in the middle), as well as an image of the polished floorboards in the rest of the house for context). Fill, sand and polish Jarrah floorboards in kitchen. One board needs replacing (we have a spare board for this). Area is approx. 3x3m.
