Rates are only for services listed above, will pay separately for the replacement items (new wardrobe carpet and a door closer).

The flooring is made up of plywood panels laid / glued on concrete (foundation) with vinyl glued on top of the plywood. The flooring was fine for several years. It appears that the heat has caused expansion of the plywood which has now bent in certain areas causing the floor to come up. This has occurred in several areas (3 to 4 areas) We have spare vinyl that can be used for repair. Solutions / suggestions welcomed that achieve functional and aesthetic suitability.
