Wear character costume at a conference for 1 hour

I need someone to wear a character costume at a book publishing conference. Someone will be with you as a minder the whole time. When in the costume you don’t need to speak, just walk around, meet people and pose for photos. To wear the costume you need to be smaller than: Bust 32in/84cm Waist 28.5in/73.5cm Hips 40.5in/103cm The costume is a full body suit with a dress and a large head. You only wear the costume for 20 mins at a time with breaks in between.
