We’re celebrating our daughter’s first birthday on Saturday, 12 December, and are looking for a friendly, reliable person to lend a hand for approximately 2 hours. It’s a relaxed little garden party, and we’re after someone to help with a few simple tasks throughout the event, such as: * Keeping the drinks tub stocked with ice and drinks * Bringing food out of the fridge and arranging it on platters * Refilling sandwich trays and passing food around as needed * Refilling children’s bubbles and resetting lawn games * A little light pack up afterwards, such as putting decorations into boxes and stacking chairs Nothing too strenuous or complicated just an extra pair of hands to help everything run smoothly while we enjoy the day with family and friends! MORNING • Arrive at my home in Fairview Park at 11am • Help carefully load the display pieces into your vehicle • Transport everything to Mount Lofty House • Help unload and assemble the display • Assist with positioning the furniture, backdrop and décor so the stall is ready for the open day • Help dismantle and carefully pack the display at 3:30pm • Transport everything back to Fairview Park • Help unload the items safely at my home The display may include: • One large bespoke vintage telephone chair • A tall white fibreglass plinth • Several smaller white styling plinths • A backdrop, arch, ladder or display structure • Vintage audio guestbook telephones • Signage, flowers, baskets, lighting and decorative pieces • Boxes containing fragile styling items IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS • Your vehicle must have substantial cargo capacity, no small utes.
