I’m looking for a reliable, practical helper to set up a small first birthday party in a backyard/courtyard. Furniture and decorations will be supplied, with a simple layout and reference pictures to follow. The style is elegant ivory, cream, beige and gold. The main areas needing help are: * Backdrop and balloons: Assemble and secure the supplied backdrop and balloon garland. * Seating and children’s area: Arrange tables and chairs, including a low children’s activity table with a carpet underneath. * Party tables and stations: Set up the buffet, drinks and display tables, secure the tablecloths, and arrange decorations and food card labels. * Entrance passage/corridor: Style the entrance passage with supplied sheer fabric, fairy lights and light foliage, securing everything neatly and safely. Position the welcome sign and photo timeline. Please help leave everything tidy and securely positioned for overnight. Someone with balloon garland and party setup experience would be ideal. Please bring basic tools and an electric balloon pump if you have one. If you don’t have a pump, one can be supplied. The role would include helping to monitor the oven (sausages and meatballs at the start of the event), assisting with clearing plates and general tidying during the event, restocking where needed, and ensuring bathrooms are kept clean and presentable throughout.
