Hi there, We have a work Christmas party planned for 1pm to 5pm at 23rd November at St Leonards park on miller street St Leonards. We need someone to plan, source/hire, organise and run activities for part of that time. Not all of the time needs to be activities - need to have time for lunch, discussions etc. There will be about 30-35 people between 23 and 60 years old primarily in the middle of that. We will need you to organise random groups and rotate activities maybe to encourage inclusivity. Maybe find a way to make it a competition and we could come up with some prizes. Some example activities could include “beach / park cricket, bolle balls, giant Jenga, giant checkers, bean bag toss, soccer balls, basket balls or similar games”. It’s not limited to this, we are open to ideas - a table tennis table or foosball table could also be cool. Looking for offers for the organisation and attendance part and keen to hear your ideas.
