Looking for friendly, reliable help with event setup and pack down at Jones Bay Wharf. We need 1 person in the morning for setup between 9:00–10:00am and then in the evening for pack down from 8:15–9:15pm. Tasks include putting tablecloths onto trestle and cocktail tables, arranging prints, and packing bag inserts — nothing too heavy, but you'll need to be comfortable with some bending and light physical work. $100 pp ph

We need an event decorator for a Gatsby theme for our year 12 formal. It is located on a boat on the 13th of November 2025. Arrival is at 1:30pm. We are reliant on the potential event decorator to provide all decor and give them ideas.

Here’s what I need: Xmas-themed decoration: I want a stylish setup with all the essential decor for a festive atmosphere. No food or drinks required: I will bring my own food and drinks; you just need to set up and style the area with the right touches to make it feel special. All items provided: You should have all the necessary items for a gorgeous setup, such as picnic blankets, cushions, festive decorations, and any other relevant items. We have an exhibition display with 3 main units that needs to be unloaded from a crate from the back of van and carried into the function centre at Doltone House - Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont. The setup needs to be done at 2:30pm. The event then finishes at 8pm and the same team of 4 need to be back to reload the units back into the crate. Attached photos of the 3 units in setup position - each unit weight approx 100kg ea. Loading Dock to venue is on Level 3 but is accesses via Bayview St, Pyrmont as per the arial view map attached.
