I have purchased a new dishwasher and need help connecting it in the space next to my kitchen sink. There is already power available nearby. The dishwasher will go beside the sink, and I need a plumber / handyman to set up the water connection under the sink. From the photos: • the waste outlet point on the sink trap appears to already be there for the dishwasher drain hose • the cold water line currently feeds the kitchen tap, and I need this split / adapted so there is a separate connection for the dishwasher inlet hose as well Please bring any fittings required to create the new water connection, such as a dual outlet valve, splitter, adapter, clamps, or other standard plumbing parts if needed. Scope of work: • inspect the existing plumbing under the sink • add a suitable water supply connection for the dishwasher • confirm the drain connection point is ready to use • connect and test for leaks if possible I have attached photos of the plumbing setup under the sink.

Equipment: Oliver 5-vat commercial gas fryer. Issues needing inspection: 1. One fryer vat appears to be leaking oil from the body of the fryer. 2. One fryer pilot ignites but does not stay lit once the knob is switched to ON. Pilot remains on while held down but turns off when released. 3. One fryer ignites normally but periodically shuts off during operation. The fryer is currently running but we want these issues properly diagnosed and repaired. Our IKEA integrated dishwasher is not opening / closing properly - we need someone to go check out what the issue is and either resolve it with new hinges / etc. or installing a new cabinet front to the dishwasher with proper hinges/rails. I believe it wasn't installed right in the first place, and was GLUED onto the dishwasher instead of on the conecting rails. So some kind of glue removal might be required to save us from replacing the whole dishwasher. OR remove the (damaged?) IKEA cabinet door and PICK UP another one from IKEA in richmond / springvale. I can give you the exact products we purchased with the original kitchen. I basically need someone to work out what the problem is, and solve it haha. Let me know if you're my guy/gal!
