Bosch dishwasher which opens during cycle. This causes the cycle to stop and for water with a bad smell to pool at the bottom of the dishwasher. Closing the door will continue and finish the cycle if the door doesn't pop open again. Could be an issue with the door latch or seal. Model number in images

Our gasket in the washing machine has a hole, we have a new gasket just not sure how to install. Unrelated our toilet is blocked and water is rising/unable to flush

Licensed plumber required for the installation of new gas cooktop. 600mm 4 burner. Gas to unit is off, existing lines as pictured. New unit product code- the hood guys: GGSCG6004. Compliance certificate required upon completion.

Disconnect old gas heater. Cap gas line. No need to remove old heater. Further clarification: the gas would need to be disconnected under the house as I'd like to use the fireplace in future. The mains gas goes under the house which has access as seen in the photos.

Hisense washing machine - small clothes keep getting sucked into the drain pump filter, machine won’t drain at end of cycle, happens repeatedly, I think seal around drum could be the issue but not sure
