Electric roller shutter is not coming down but motor comes on by itself.

bambino plus (new 2021) powers on normally - 1-cup/2-cup/steam ights flash briefly, then both temperature bar lights begin to flash. The water tank is full and in place correctly and the water magnet works. the pump does not run at all and no water or steam comes out. I have tried power cycling and priming with no luck. The flashing buttons are non-responsive to being pressed and so cannot run descaling/ cleaning to see if that helps.

My front-loader washing machine sounds and feels like something is stuck inside the drum (possibly a sock or fabric between the inner and outer drum). The drum doesn’t spin smoothly by hand and I noticed a slight burning smell during the last wash. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs to inspect, remove any obstruction if possible.

Our washing machine has stopped rotating, the lights and power and water are all still working, just the drum isn't rotating I am looking for someone who can repair this for us

My washing machine needs a new seal as it’s become mouldy and also broken off, causing water to escape. Also today it’s started making a hammering sound when the water is turned on.

York A/C is showing an E7 error after multiple attempts to reset the switchboard and clearing the dust filter. It is in an apartment complex with an outdoors condenser. Would an A/C who has a few minutes be willing to check and repair this? Pls provide quoting on parts cost and timeframe please :)

Our gasket in the washing machine has a hole, we have a new gasket just not sure how to install. Unrelated our toilet is blocked and water is rising/unable to flush

Disconnect old gas heater. Cap gas line. No need to remove old heater. Further clarification: the gas would need to be disconnected under the house as I'd like to use the fireplace in future. The mains gas goes under the house which has access as seen in the photos.

I need a handyman / stone benchtop specialist to slightly enlarge an existing granite benchtop cut-out so a new cooktop fits correctly. The cooktop is already on site but does not sit flush — the cut-out is a few millimetres undersized / out of square. Job is located in city ( on La Trobe St) There is off street car park
