I would like to replace my old gas cooking stove with induction (Beko 60cm Induction Upright Cooker, Anthracite). It may require a new circuit. I am adding pictures of switchboard. The location is about 5-6m from the switch board

Hi, I need a plumber to fix 2 issues please: 1. Blockage in kitchen sink: I tried plunging but then water overflowed at the Gully. 2. There are two Weep Hole Vents next to the back of the Garage which are covered by Stainless Steel vent cover that can't be removed. The vents are not draining well after rain and so will need to remove leaves and debris, clear the block as well. Photos are provided to show location of Overflow Gully and the Vents. Thanks, Nhan.
