PEX gas pipework identified without required lagging / insulation. Pipework exposed in a location where thermal protection is required. Installation does not meet AS 5601.1 requirements for PEX pipework protection in the affected area. Engage a licensed gasfitter to install compliant lagging to the affected PEX pipework. Lagging material to be appropriate for PEX gas pipe and securely fixed per manufacturer specifications and AS 5601.1. One issue at ground level, the other on the roof.

Check a Fisher and Paykel dishwasher as its not cleaning the dishes fully. Fix the issues and can negotiate fee if requiring parts etc.

Looking for an experienced washing machine/appliance repairer to fix my Haier HWF75AW2 front-load washing machine. The machine displayed “CLr FLtr” and failed to drain properly. I manually drained approximately 10–12 bowls of grey wash water through the emergency drain hose. I had previously removed the pump filter cap, but after replacing it I appear to have overtightened it and can no longer unscrew it, even using rubber gloves for grip. I need someone to: – Safely remove the stuck pump filter cap – Clean/check the pump filter and investigate why the machine isn’t draining – Check the drain pump for any blockage/fault – Reassemble and test the machine to make sure it drains and operates correctly. Machine is easily accessible. Haier HWF75AW2 – 7.5kg front loader. Please only accept if you have experience repairing front-load washing machines/drain pumps. Parking available. I have a Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer, model DD60SI7. It runs through the cycle but is not draining properly at the end, leaving water sitting in the bottom of the drawer. The draining/pump sound has also become noticeably louder than usual, as though the pump is trying to drain the water but is unable to do so. I’m looking for someone to reverse the door on a brand new Westinghouse 247L top mount refrigerator. The door currently opens to the right-hand side, and I need it changed so that it opens to the left-hand side. All parts required for the door reversal are included with the fridge. Very quick job to tighten the water connection from the tap to the washing machine. It's all set up but the screw needs to be tighter – currently leaks water when turned on.

The machine is a breville barista express. we do have one seal left that i had purchased in the past online. i have tried to repair a few times previously but the seal is never quite right
