Gas fire heater not working. Remote stopped turning it on but we could still do manually. Decided to turn pilot off over summer and we got the pilot back on but no longer works manually or with remote.

Bit of an awkward connection to the water source, and overflow. I think the overflow has to go to the S bend under the tap in the bathroom - not certain just a guess. The washing machine overflow pipe isn’t long enough to reach that and would need to be installed properly so it doesn’t burst under pressure. Same with the water source pipes, they reach but aren’t secure. Price is Just for job. I will pay for the materials with receipt

Reconnect gas and water. Very frustratingly someone stole my Water meter and tried to steel my gas meter also (unsuccessfully)… you would think people have something better to do! Anyway, I need them re-connected. I have since had the gas company out to make sure it is all safe. Also water company installed a new meter. Thanks so much.

There is a water leak at the connection of the under-sink drain pipe and the dishwasher(see attached photo). The leak is active and has already caused water to drip into the cabinet.
