My tenant has let me know that they can feel cold air coming in through the balcony door when shut. I've asked them to send me some pictures, and based on what they've sent (particularly the 2nd picture), it looks to me like the weather strip is too small or has failed at the bottom of the door. The door may also potentially need adjusting on the hinge. The door hasn't done this in the past, so I do know that it's able to give a good seal. I'm not based in London, so can't go over to fix myself, but I think this should be a fairly easy job. - Due date: Flexible
