Hello, I need a window to be looked at. It doesn’t close smoothly. Also a door on hotpoint oven got hinge which needs fixing or replacing. Shower screen needs height adjustment and/or attaching a rubber seal strip. Doorframe sill is rotten. 2 wall cracks need to be looked at. There might be more minor issues.
