Hello I've got two issues with a window / door unit that lead to my balcony The door still functions but I can see the top hinge is starting to move out of alignment which is then making the door quite stiff to operate, especially to lock. To the left of the unit is a window which (as with all the windows in this apartment) and also open as if it was a door. Upon trying to close the window from door mode, there was a screw which was preventing the hinge mechanism from closing as it should. Whilst the screw has been removed, the hinge is now in the incorrect position and so needs resetting so the window can seal shut again. At present the window opens in window mode but not only partially in fully open mode. As the door still opens they are both accessible from the inside and outside. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 18 January 2023

I bought wardrobes and did not assemble one of them. I need front door Panel of 3 door wardrobe put back into box with other Panels already in box, pieces positioned and sealed as I wish to Sell it. It's oak and quite heavy. I managed to get pieces out and I'm female, so should be one Person job for a man. I need to be able to take photo of front before it goes into box. Two of the cabinet doors in the kitchen have come off their hinges - Due date: Before Wednesday, 26th Jan 2022

My door has been broken for a few years. It operates fine but it looks scruffy and one of the locks is loose. I'd like it serviced as follows: 1. Remove from hinge 2. Remove door hardware 3. Strip the old paint 4. Repair damaged wood 5. Repaint the door 6. Replace the door hardware 7. Re-hang If you have a workshop and you'd like to take the door away that would be fine as I have a security gate, there is also a yard at the rear of the house to work in, and a large enough space indoors if the weather is bad. I have parking vouchers. I will supply all materials which need to be confirmed in advance so I can source them in time. I have set the date as this is the only day we are able to get this done, alternative dates are not possible. Final coat can be left out of the task if necessary due to timing.

Cabinet door in the kitchen is currently broken and needs a new pair of hinges

We have tilt and turn windows in the entire flat (a duplex) and some handles are incredibly loose, close to falling off in the kitchen in particular. The angle of the windows means we can’t reach around to tighten the screws on the other side, so a special tool appears to be required. You cannot get your arm around to the outside, some extendable screwdriver on an angle may work - we are top floor of a 4 storey flat so nothing small that could be dropped! Multiple photos attached, including of one of the windows leading onto the balcony, where we can reach the other side to tighten, so you can see a few angles. Please get in touch if you think you have the tools/skills to help us! (We live off Dalston lane next to hackney downs station) Edit - please only quote if you definitely have the tools needed to tighten the screws on the windows - it is a standard cross hatch screw. We are *not* looking for someone to secure these in any other way with adhesive or similar, just tighten the screws on all windows.
