I have two windows that are not closing correctly and are in need of maintenance.

Three internal doors in the flat no longer close properly and will likely need adjusting and possibly trimming. I also have one internal door that currently swings inward which I would like changed to swing outward into the corridor. There is an existing door frame that currently holds the door and prevents it opening outward, so the frame may need to be adjusted or partially moved to allow this. In total, this is work on four internal doors.

Hello, I had some wardrobes installed by a person on Airtasker, but they did not do a careful job. The issue I need fixing is that they have not levelled the wardrobe so the doors join / close properly without a gap in the middle. I need someone who is going to get this sorted properly this time - no cowboys! If you have a lot of experience with IKEA PAX wardrobes and getting sliding doors to close properly / level, then please respond. We are keen to get this sorted ASAP this weekend. You will need to bring your own tools and a step-ladder (the cowboy I had last time didn't even bring one!)

I have tenants in a flat that have just reported… I went to sit on bed about 10 mins ago - I didn’t jump, leap or apply any extra force than usual and the bed jolted down. The wooden bits are all still straight but the screw has bent and I haven’t been able to push it back in due to the angle. Sanja and I are tried to push it back in, but the angle of screw won’t allow it to be pushed in. The headboard has been wobbly since I moved in but as it wasn’t affecting anything I didn’t want to bother you about it. Additionally something I meant to mention when I first moved in is that the handle on my door that faces the hallway is wobbling around. The inner one is also a bit wobbly.

Take out the current cat flap and install a new one. New one is bigger so also requires to cut the current wooden door for fitting

Take off wallpaper on 1 wall and put new wallpaper on. Paint fireplace and interior door. Hang kitchen blind. Hang mirror and 3 shelves. Will need own paint brush and drill. Have materials for wallpaper.

The handles of my balcony door have come loose and are no longer attached. Finding a handyman who can fix the handles, which involve a locking mechanism that allows doors to be locked and unlocked.

Freezer door is not closing properly and has been emptied and defrosted. It needs to be re-aligned and or re sealed so it shuts properly. This is a stand alone freezer under the counter
