We have a bathroom door handle that won’t stay upright, we have bought new parts for it but can’t work out how to fix it properly. We also have a front door deadlock that is very stiff that we need to fix. We would also have outside lights that need changing and a toilet seat that is loose that would need fixing.

Our oven door will not close properly, it stays open a little bit, so we need to lean something against it to help keep it closed when using.

Make 4 drill holes in brick wall outside house to attach ring doorbell to wall

Changing door handles, needs hols drilling Hanging up 3 mirrors, some pictures etc. one of mirrors is heavy. Access to boiler is partly blocked. It has cabinet built around it with in built shelf blocking access to taps for service. Shelf needs to be removed, or hacksaw - looks like plywood.

Need a door trimmed fitted and door handles and hinges also fitted. I have all resources needed, except for a saw to trim the door as it just a lil to tall for the frame. Thank you

The around our Juliette balcony door frame is letting water into the rail and therefore needs replacing. See attached images. Part of the requirement will be to determine and source the correct seal.
