Hinge on a helix window frame has broken and needs replacing

This evening I noticed several spiders coming out from a crack between the wall and the window frame. Upon closer inspection, there appears to be a significant gap behind the fixture and what looks to be a large spider nest within the cavity.

The base of our bay sash window appear to have been made with softwood and has rotten patches in the corners. I have tried to remove as much of the rotten wood as possible, treat the surrounding wood and fill where possible. There are some wooden pieces that need to be replaced. Would suite someone with window replacement / maintenance experience.

The bottom of the timber frame of a small dormer window is rotten and I would like it to be replaced. Probably possible to cut out the rotten piece and replace it with a new piece. 2 windows need wood putting on the frame and curtain rails fitting on the wood. Currently they have no wood so the curtain rails keep falling down. This budged does not include repairing the wall but I need someone who is able to repair the wall if necessary, such as plastering it Shower needs holder fitting in bathroom.
