2 x upvc windows which will not open. The handles go up and down but think there is a problem with the internal mechanism which means they won’t open. Also, I have an internal door to reattach. Part of the frame has splintered off near the top hinge so this requires fixing and the door re-hanging.

Job one: My Juliette doors no longer close properly. The handle doesn't turn up. The key won't turn.
