Problem The living room window has recently started leaking during rainfall. Water enters from the internal bottom corner of the window, beneath the handle side, and pools on the window sill. The leak can build up relatively quickly during periods of rain. The issue appears to be isolated to one corner of the window. The window closes and locks correctly, including at the top, with no obvious movement or play. However, there may be an issue with the external frame, sealant, drainage channels, or alignment, as part of the outside section appears slightly distorted. Photos are available. handle of pvc window is loose. I cannot close the window properly

PVC window handles are broken on 3 windows and need replacing. It is not possible to open the windows. The handles need hacksawing off I think. We have replacement window handles.

1st floor UPVC window suffering from water seepage, window sill gets damp after rain with a visible wet patch. I have three uPVC windows. They open out. The handle is at the bottom and you push open. The lock is broken. The lock runs across the bottom of the window. Also one of them is misaligned so you will need to fiddle with the bracket screws to get the window alligned so it closes square and fits snuggly when closed. The lock metal strips are around 1m -1.4m - Due date: Flexible
