Problem The living room window has recently started leaking during rainfall. Water enters from the internal bottom corner of the window, beneath the handle side, and pools on the window sill. The leak can build up relatively quickly during periods of rain. The issue appears to be isolated to one corner of the window. The window closes and locks correctly, including at the top, with no obvious movement or play. However, there may be an issue with the external frame, sealant, drainage channels, or alignment, as part of the outside section appears slightly distorted. Photos are available. The handle on our bathroom window has broken and needs to be replaced.

uPVC window no longer closes properly. The handle/locking mechanism appears faulty or misaligned and the window does not seal shut anymore. Looking for someone to assess whether it can be repaired or if the handle/mechanism/window needs replacing.

I have a white pvc window but it doesn’t match the other in the house so I want to put a white pvc strip across the middle (on the inside and outside). Fine to stick it on, but it needs to match up to the frame as much as possible. See photos - show bottom window which we want to change and top window with horizontal strut in the middle.

PVC window handles are broken on 3 windows and need replacing. It is not possible to open the windows. The handles need hacksawing off I think. We have replacement window handles.

Job one: My Juliette doors no longer close properly. The handle doesn't turn up. The key won't turn. At the bottom of the door I can see a gap between the door and the frame which is letting water in. Job two: the locks/handles on my pvc ground floor windows do not work. I have the keys but when the handle is turned it's not turning the mechanism inside so the window can't open Jon three: the seal around my skylight seems to have moved and it's allowing water to enter

Replacing Windows hinges

One of my windows isn’t locking. I noticed the window mushroom keep was missing so I replaced it. It looks like the espag lock is missing too so that needs replacing. I’m not sure what size it needs. I’ve added a photo of a window which closes where the lock is there and one where it doesn’t where it is not there.

One uPVC window in my house is stuck shut. Moving the handle no longer opens the locking mechanism.

Door handle needs to be fitted but the wood is splintered. Also upvc window handle needs to be replaced, but 1 screw is broken and stuck inside the frame.

One of my uPVC windows is stuck closed. When turning the handle, one of the bottom locking pins (cams) does not retract back into the frame, so the window won’t open. Hi, tenant below says: “the upper sash window of the bathroom won't fully close; there is a couple inch gap no matter how hard we push the sash up, it looks like the coil springs; it looks like the coil springs which have 2 coil springs stretched out sitting top and bottom, creating a buffer that is preventing the window from fully closing.” Quote to fix closing issue and include parts if needed.
