Find a professional PVC window service in London

I have a uPVC double-glazed window that won’t close fully. The top panel slides up and down fine for most of its travel, but stops at a certain point and won’t go any further, so I can’t shut it properly. I’m looking for someone with experience repairing windows to take a look, find the cause and get it moving and closing again. Photos attached.

We're looking for someone to paint our existing white uPVC window frames in our Victorian flat, as we'd like to change the colour without replacing the windows. We're after a neat, durable finish, so ideally someone who's done this before and knows which paints and preparation work best for uPVC. The job would include preparing the frames, protecting the glass and surrounding areas, and painting or spraying them. Happy to take advice on whether spraying or painting would be better. UPVC Window alignment is slightly off with frame - there is very slight gap between the window and frame when it’s closed. I think the window hinge just needs realigning.

UPVC bathroom window does not shut. The window opens to full extent, but a gap of 1-2cm always remains when trying to pull it shut.

We have bought some second hand shutters that are slightly too small for all six windows. So in need of an experienced carpenter to build frames / batons to fit the blinds on the pvc windows whilst still allowing the windows to open. So materials would need to be bought. Happy to negotiate price and for materials.

The lock works okay but window doesn't fully open. It opens slightly and then stuck, the bottom part can open slightly more than the top corner. There is a squeaking sound at the bottom when it's opened

I'm looking for someone to replace the hinges on 4x PVC windows along with the seals to improve sealing and sound insulation. The hinges are standard but are riveted and once removed would look to have these replaced with screws if possible. Ideally I would like this completed by the end of October latest. Broken lock / window handle

I have a white pvc window but it doesn’t match the other in the house so I want to stick a white pvc strip across the middle (on the inside and outside). Fine to stick it on, but it needs to match up to the frame as much as possible. See photos - show bottom window which we want to change and top window with horizontal strut in the middle.
