Job one: My Juliette doors no longer close properly. The handle doesn't turn up. The key won't turn. At the bottom of the door I can see a gap between the door and the frame which is letting water in. Job two: the locks/handles on my pvc ground floor windows do not work. I have the keys but when the handle is turned it's not turning the mechanism inside so the window can't open Jon three: the seal around my skylight seems to have moved and it's allowing water to enter

UPVC double glazing window lock broken. opened the handle and see the lock inside is broken and needs to be replaced. Handle is fine. See Picture attached

Replacing Windows hinges

One of my windows isn’t locking. I noticed the window mushroom keep was missing so I replaced it. It looks like the espag lock is missing too so that needs replacing. I’m not sure what size it needs. I’ve added a photo of a window which closes where the lock is there and one where it doesn’t where it is not there.

Door handle needs to be fitted but the wood is splintered. Also upvc window handle needs to be replaced, but 1 screw is broken and stuck inside the frame.

One of my uPVC windows is stuck closed. When turning the handle, one of the bottom locking pins (cams) does not retract back into the frame, so the window won’t open. Looking for someone experienced with uPVC window mechanisms to: • unlock the window • adjust or repair the locking mechanism The window worked fine before and likely just needs realignment or small repair (not full replacement). Hi, tenant below says: “the upper sash window of the bathroom won't fully close; there is a couple inch gap no matter how hard we push the sash up, it looks like the coil springs; it looks like the coil springs which have 2 coil springs stretched out sitting top and bottom, creating a buffer that is preventing the window from fully closing.” Quote to fix closing issue and include parts if needed. Replace hinge on top opener upvc window

We are looking for someone to come and put up a vinyl window sticker in the front window of our Mayfair gallery. The sticker is approximately 1m by 1.5m and needs to be stuck seamlessly, with no bubbles or creases.

1. Unstick pop up sink plug, clean and lubricate it to prevent reoccurence 2. Fix the bathroom mixer so that cold water runs as well as the hot water 3. Fix outdoor dripping tap in the back garden 4. Fix the double glazed kitchen window as we cannot depress the lock to open the window so it is jammed shut

I would like to replace hinges for 2UPVC casement top hung windows. Ideally would like to get it done today between 3-5pm.

I need to replace one wood window in our flat on the third floor of our building, east London, with a pvc equivalent, ie. something as close as possible in design and look. Please find attached the picture of the window to replace with its measures (100cm x 135 cm). I need ideally the job done without having to install a scaffold.
