Old toilet seat is broken due to the hinges and I can't find anywhere online or in shops to replace them. So I've ordered a new toilet seat to be installed. Struggled doing it myself as I can't get the old screws out and don't know how to get to them. I'll await tracking of new toliet seat before accepting any offers yet. Estimated delivery is Tuesday but will confirm once I know. For the light I need a solution for this lose short wire. Can't seem to stretch it into the socket. And someway to stick the ceiling rose to cover the electrics too

Need to fit new toilet seat. I’m unable to take the screws out as they’re fit with bottom fixing and the toilet is against the walls with panels around it (toilet was here before we moved so presumably they fit the seat first and then fixed it against the wall). I’ve tried removing the screws using a hacksaw to saw off the end but unable to as the screws keep moving.
