Toilet seat needs changing

I’m unable to remove the toilet seat which needs to be replaced. I have a new seat. The door handle needs to be secured but there’s nothing for the screws to bite into. I have quoted £30, because I had to enter an amount, however I am open to negotiate on price.

Replace flush and pan connector. Both are provided. Equipment needed to replace both will be required. Bathroom renovation ongoing so need to try and keep area clean as much as possible

Toilet seat has broken and left the screw severed which makes it difficult to get out. Needs either fixing or replacing. Also have a new hand towel ring which needs putting up.

3 tasks: Fix small hook to wall to secure cabinet, hang clock, and fix toilet seat. We have the fixings for the toilet seat, and we have the fixings for the cabinet which is to be fixed to a solid wall, no fixings for the clock - clock to be fixed to standard plasterboard wall.
