We have an old tv mounted on the wall. We meed that taken down and a new tv mounted in its place. The new tv is bigger and so the old bracket will need to be taken down and replaced by a new one. The wall is brick and will be able to support the weight of the new tv.

The door has come off its hinges and needs to be re-hung. Part of the unit underneath the kitchen keeps catching on the dishwasher when opening and closing. It needs to be trimmed so there's enough clearance.

There is some stubborn mould in the flat (around 3 windows and in the corner of the living room that needs treating. Have a new wheel 700x25 that needs fitting this is a rear rim brake wheel. Need the existing cassette transferred onto it. Then also need the rear gear hanger replaced as the current one I've been told is bent.
