I need to hang five large framed pictures in my house. It's an expensive rented house so it's especially important for the hook to be fixed securely and really neatly and not damaging the walls! Someone with experience please who can advise best hardware to purchase also - as in past I've experience picture hooks often bending and breaking.

Could you hang a pendant light, fix a light switch, and change about ten light bulbs? Some are a bit harder to reach and do I don’t know what bulbs we need, and others keep going on me so I suspect I’m using the wrong bulb. Could you take a look what bulbs are needed and help me buy the right ones? There is a hardware store just around the corner
