We need a new bathroom sink mixer tap fitted, as the old one has broken. The old one has a lever that operates the plug, but I understand I don't need to replace like for like

Our bathroom mixer tab is broken and we believe it is the source of a leak down to ground floor. The mixer tap may need to be replaced which we are prepared to do but we would like a qualified plumber to assess the situation and help us fix it. We also have spare bathroom tiles should we need to go down that route. We would like this to be fixed as soon as possible as the leak is getting worse. Thanks in advance.

We have aqualisa mixer tap in bathroom. The control knob has stopped working as we closed it too hard. Now it’s just rotating without turning on the water. We will buy the parts as you suggest.

The cold feed from the mixer tap in the kitchen doesn't flow as it should. The other cold taps in the property work fine. The hot feed on the same mixer tap works fine.

Foul smell coming from toilet, it’s built in to a vanity unit. Previously been advised that there is a problem with the way it’s been plumbed in. Just want someone to come and make the smell stop for now, even if that means removing the toilet if necessary!

Toilet flushing button has been giving me problems for the last month or so. Now the button seems broken. Need someone to come and fix or replace it. It happened a few months ago and fixed. So maybe better to make it a handle instead of a button you press if possible

The seal between the water tank and the toilet pan is broken and need to be replaced. There is a small leak (clean water). The waste pipe also needs a new cover as it is unsightly but doesn't seem to be damaged.
