We need to paint our two bed rooms and one living room and little hallway

We need some repairs doing in the house now that the property is empty ahead of new tenants moving in. Skimming/multi finish all walls, this includes 3 bedrooms, 2 Reception rooms and hallway, also the bedroom ceilings. All walls need to skimmed/multifinish and sanded so its ready to paint. Some small parts need a little more attention due to cracks and broken plaster.(please see images)
