The join of our loft ladder has stuck so we can’t open it. Not sure if it needs to be loosened or if there’s a way to unbend it. If there is a quick fix, we’d like someone to come and fix it!

I would like the removal and disposal of an already existing loft ladder. Once this is done, I would like a very secure installation of a new loft ladder. loft hatch is original & glass. It is approx 8ft above quite a wide landing so shouldn't be too hard to access. I need a box of Xmas decorations brought down & also the hatch insulated (am flexible re what with) but think best idea is to stal a drop down ladder (of any type) for future access - so ideally would get all of those done once by someone with their own ladder, who is handy.
