Looking for a general handyman / decorator to come around and fix a light fixture that now has a hole in it when a chandelier was recently fitted. It needs to be re-plastered to cover the gap and screw holes. However, there are also a number of other jobs I need doing around the house at a later date - i'm looking for a recurring handyman who can sort some small and larger jobs. The chandelier is not urgent, so if the job cannot be done tomorrow that is fine. However, if someone was around to come tomorrow afternoon my dad will be at my home and wants to discuss a list of possible works with someone while he is there. Hence the short notice! I have four internal doors, two with handles that require no lock, and two that do (you can see pics of one of each). Looking for someone to remove these handles, and install new door knobs (and locks for x2 of the doors) slightly further down the door. I understand this will leave holes, ideally this person would be able to fill the holes (I am repainting the door anyway so I know I will need to sand it etc).

The awning has been kindly offered to us by a neighbour who is having an extension built and is currently still installed at their property, although it will be removed shortly. Our property is a 1920s terraced house with a solid brick rear wall. The wooden architrave above my window has been pulled away from the wall after the curtain pole came down, taking part of the trim with it. I've already bought all the supplies needed (adhesive, wood glue, etc. – see attached photo), so I'm looking for someone with good DIY/carpentry skills to repair the architrave, glue it back together neatly, and make it look as close to original as possible. The curtain pole will also need to be reinstalled securely using stronger fixings so the issue doesn't happen again. Please bring any tools you think may be required (drill, clamps, etc.). Looking for a tidy, solid repair rather than a temporary fix.

We have a 10metre long sled mat. It seems to have a rubber base like a door mat. We have a concrete floor we would like to affix it to. We need a semi permanent solution. Ensuring the sled mat no longer moves when we add weight to the sled.
