Hi, I’ve recently purchased a flat in Brixton and looking to get a couple of jobs done: 1. Boxing in a bathtub – I should say that the bathtub is a little wiggly. I’d like a neat and durable solution that complements the existing bathroom style. Also, I would need the wall behind the toilet panelled. I attached the picture of the bathroom so you can see its current state. 2. Installing skirting boards – This would be for the bedroom, livingroom and the hallway. I would need skirting boards for the halfway and living room. The bedroom has skirting boards but those aren’t installed. See pictures attached, there are pipes under the windows that i would like to be covered, would this be possible to do? Would you be able to provide me with an estimate of how much it would cost to 1) fix the bathroom and 2) install the skirting boards throughout the flat (floor plan attached).

Looking for someone to install the blinds (2 total) in the bedroom (recess without blinds in pictures) in as they have been done in the sitting room (pictures with blinds) the brackets etc for drilling are provided but I would need someone to come with all the correct equipment/would be helpful to have spare screws etc if needed. Looking for someone to install on Friday the 24th or Saturday the 25th if possible.

We’re a disabled household needing help installing an outdoor IP66 waterproof socket to safely charge our mobility scooters. The weatherproof socket (already purchased – see photos) needs to be mounted on the external brick wall below the basement window (or beside door, will appreciate your expertise and advice on this), with wiring taken from an indoor plug socket on the opposite side of that wall (this outdoor socket is pre-wired so has a plug itself to plug into the indoor socket) The wall is standard solid brick, accessible from both sides (inside and outside). We’d like the installer to: • Drill through the wall and run the cable neatly. • Mount the external socket securely and seal the hole. • Clip or staple the wiring neatly along the interior and exterior wall if required. • Advise briefly on the best placement height for safe scooter charging and weather protection. This will replace our temporary extension-lead setup (currently running through the basement door) which we know isn’t safe long-term. You’ll have: • Access to the inside and outside walls. • The socket unit and cable provided (IP66 rated). • Tea / Coffee and Biscuits for the duration (if you like, or water too) We’d love a reliable qualified electrician or experienced handyman familiar with outdoor electrical work. Sink drainage is bloked need help

I have bought new kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts. The old ones need removing and the new ones installed. This includes side panels and corner posts. I also have edging tape and adhesive vinyl to cover any remaining exposed areas. The new doors will also need handles to be attached.
