Room size = 11.5m2 The room has already been prepped - I have taken off the skirting boards, prepped the floor with plywood and put down the underlay. I have a multitool and mitre cutter which can be used if tools are required. Scope of works to complete: - Install laminate flooring throughout the room - Leave the appropriate expansion gap around the perimeter - Use a multi tool to cut under the door architrave so the laminate floorboard slips neatly under this - Make neat cuts around the door frame, radiator pipes and any other obstacles - Ensure a clean, professional finish - Leave the room clean and tidy (I can dispose of the rubbish)
