I have 4 wooden boards that are aproxx 150 cm x 120 cm each that need sanding.and revarnished at a personal training studio .ideally from around 1 pm on.a friday sat or sun so i can block out time to allow varnish to dry

I have the carpet, gripper rods and underlay I just need a fitter to fit this on my landing no stairs

Approx 250 sq ft (kitchen and living room floor) needs sanding and new finish. The Kitchen, Living room and hallway are the areas with wood flooring. As you can see it isn't in a terrible state but may need retouching in some areas, also the areas under the white goods have never been varnished. Just to note that this is an old floor plan so as you can see from the pictures, there are now no walls between the kitchen and living room and the hallway, however the dimensions would be correct.

Due to leak mdf floor cut open in downstairs cupboard this now needs to be replaced. If possible while collecting some of our possessions that have fallen down
